The Cantabria Shores condominium Association Board of Directors retained the firm of Dicks & Coglianese in February 1999 to represent us in litigation against the developer, prime contractor and sub-contractors of Cantabria Shores for serious construction defects.

Our experience with Michael Dicks and his associates during the litigation process has been outstanding. Michael has been a tireless advocate for us. He put together a sound strategy and was successful in obtaining funds to remediate our community.

Throughout the process he communicated with us regularly. He always made himself personally available to us in case there were any questions. His response to calls was always excellent.

We are in the final stages of the litigation at this time and are ready to begin remediation of our homes. He has recommended an excellent project management team and will continue to work with us in making sure that the reconstruction accomplishes our goals.
